Davies Imaging Group Launches FrameFlow Sell Faster Challenge for Homebuilders

Program measures changes in days on market across five vacant spec homes using a standardized visual deployment workflow

Roseville, CA | January 27, 2026 — Davies Imaging Group (DIG), a national provider of photography, videography, and virtual visual content for the homebuilding industry, today announced the launch of the FrameFlow Sell Faster Challenge, a structured program designed to help builders evaluate whether standardized visual production and consistent online deployment can reduce days on market for vacant spec inventory without relying on price reductions.

The FrameFlow Sell Faster Challenge is built around a defined implementation and measurement framework. Participating builders apply the same visual workflow across a fixed set of listings, deploy the content across specified buyer intent channels, and compare resulting days on market performance against a preestablished baseline.

“Many builders are not short on demand. They are managing the operational cost of time,” said Chad Davies, Founder of Davies Imaging Group. “This program is designed to measure whether consistent execution including photography, video, staging, and distribution can shorten time to sale under real listing conditions.”

Program structure and measurement methodology

Under the FrameFlow Sell Faster Challenge, participating builders:

• Establish a baseline for average days on market using homes closed within the previous 60 days, based on the builder’s primary listing source such as MLS days on market, Zillow Days on Zillow, or internal CRM, defined during onboarding.

• Apply FrameFlow across five vacant spec homes within active communities. For the purposes of the program, vacant refers to homes without physical staging at the time of content production.

• Deploy standardized visual assets, including virtual staging and motion based video, across designated channels such as builder listing websites and major consumer listing platforms.

• Measure outcomes over the agreed evaluation period while documenting material changes that may affect comparability, including price adjustments, incentive changes, contract fall throughs, or listing withdrawals.

The five home sample size is intended to balance statistical relevance with implementation consistency, allowing builders to observe directional performance without introducing excessive operational variability.

Performance credit terms

Builders who achieve a seven day reduction in average days on market across the five participating homes, measured against the program’s defined baseline and subject to the stated inclusion and exclusion criteria, receive a credit of the program fee. This credit may be applied toward a long term FrameFlow subscription.

Availability

The FrameFlow Sell Faster Challenge is open to qualified homebuilders nationwide. Participation is limited to support consistent implementation and measurement across participating builders.
