Standard photo retouching is included in all Photo & Video packages.

With a three-city commitment, usage rights extend to 5 years for all content produced.
Standard single-project usage rights are 3 years. The three-city commitment unlocks the extended 5-year term.
This commitment allows us to negotiate better rates with our crew and partners, passing those savings on to Venveo while ensuring consistent quality across all three productions.

We're flexible and can work either way. If removing lifestyle talent entirely, we can reduce the scope and adjust pricing accordingly.
To get started, we require 6 weeks notice before the first intended shoot.
50% deposit of selected package required to begin pre-production.
Client discovery and team introductions.
2 weeks for concept development and planning.
Scheduled meeting with each selected Certified Contractor to ensure they understand what will be produced on-site, who will deliver messages to camera, and that their team is prepared (safety, branding, site cleanliness, vehicles).
2–4 weeks before shoot for finalizing locations, talent, and logistics. Client's product expert will be on-site during all shoot days to provide guidance on product details.
1–3 days on location, depending on package. All testimonials and soundbites will come from the Certified Contractors.
Note: Deliverables include ready-to-use colored video clips and photos with standard retouching. We do not deliver edited narrative clips—Venveo retains flexibility to adapt assets for campaigns.
